KK8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules Clear for Malaysian Players

The kk8 platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all stated requirements and agree to abide by all platform rules.

Each individual is permitted only one account on kk8. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity — using different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of kk8's terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for keeping your kk8 account password and login details secure. • One account per person — no exceptions
• Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times
• Changes to personal information must be updated through your account settings or by contacting kk8 support
• Your password must be changed immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation
• Kk8 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account if suspicious activity is detected, for the purposes of a security investigation

Kk8 supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience — DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed with no additional charges from kk8. The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction.

For withdrawals, funds will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a registered and verified Malaysian bank account. This policy is in place to meet anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. Withdrawals to a different payment method from the one used for the deposit will require additional verification, which may take 24–48 hours.

For Live Casino games involving real dealers — such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette — all sessions are fully recorded and these records are retained for a minimum of 180 days. If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a round, you may request a recording review through kk8 support within 30 days of the round in question.

• Sports Betting: All sports bets are accepted subject to applicable market limits and the odds displayed at the time of placement. kk8 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error or fraud has affected the odds. Bets placed on matches that are cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours will be fully refunded.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kk8 support. Prior to closure, all remaining funds in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
